Story so far
Since we started our journey to build a no nonsense 4X4, we’ve come a long way. We’ve established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick-up, the Quartermaster.

Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we’re an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.

The Team PA will deliver and coordinate an exceptionally high level of support for our Executive Leadership Team (CFO, CCO and Procurement Director). Working at pace this individual will need to understand the business priorities and roll out leadership directives, demonstrating the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The Team PA will act as a seamless extension of executive management and will work closely with other Executive Assistants / Team PA’s throughout the Ineos Group globally.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinating complex global travel arrangements, often at short notice
- Extensive diary and inbox management, point of contact for meeting requests
- Managing expenses, claims processing and approvals
- Ensuring our Executive Leadership Team are prepared for all meetings and assist in the arrangements of offsite meetings and team events
- Ad hoc projects and duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Individual who thrives working within a fast-paced organisation with ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience working with Executive level stakeholders in a PA/Team Assistant role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Resilience to adapt to ever changing priorities and demands, demonstrating knowledge and professionalism to support leaders to achieve outcomes
