We are currently seeking Process Support individuals to join our TAR (shutdown) team on-site at our Grangemouth HQ. This opportunity offers a PAYE contract position and permanent position.
ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Process Support you will provide operations input to all aspects of TAR lifecycle to ensure highest level of SHE and optimization of event is provided. This is achieved by ensuring that the plant can be decommissioned and process released as safely and efficiently as possible to ensure that workfaces are safe to execute engineering works. It is also to ensure that the plant can be recommissioned with leak free start-up.
You will also support the TAR Process Lead in correctly categorising worklist items into mandatory for license to operate, operability benefit or strategic to cover TAR cycles. This will enable the Asset Management team to define overall scope of events.
The role will involve ensuring that jobs are safe to execute during the event by compiling comprehensive process release procedures which includes ensuring all elements of the job breakdown are considered and detailed in the process release and permit build.
Special Features
- Understanding and experience of Linewalking standards.
- Extended periods of inconvenience to support TAR works.
- Identify individual jobs which can be combined to improve process release and benefit control of work.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (without line management accountability).
- Ability to work closely with multiple contracting companies providing support for site visits and to ensure contractors comply with Ineos standards.
ABOUT YOU
You should:
- Be educated to HND level in a relevant discipline. In lieu of formal qualifications you should demonstrate substantial experience in a Petrochemical industry.
- Have proven technical/operational troubleshooting skills.
- Have knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels.
- Have strong decision making skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant manufacturing disciplines e.g. Mechanical, I/E, Control, Maintenance etc.
- Have knowledge of P&Ids
