TAR Maintenance Planner (E&I and M) -Temporary Position-

The Position:
What you will do:
The Turnaround Planner is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the planning of mantenance activities to guarantee and efficient and safe execution of Turnaround. Key responsibilities include cost control, quotaion analysis, preparation of comparative tables, generation of purchache requisitions and the management of services and materials. This Role is critical in the preparation and execution phases of the TAR (Turnaround) ensuring the availability and quality of resources and materials required for the successful completion of TAR (Turnaround) activities. TAR (Turnaround activities include internal labor, internal materials, external services & materials for mechanical, instrumentarion & electrical equipment installed in Altamira Site focused on safety, reliability, cost control & asset care.
What you will bring:
Level of education & knowledge:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Maintenance Principles
Skilled in planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
Safety, Quality
Experience in general:
At least 3 years of experience in develop maintenance programs
Strong background working with multidisciplinary maintenance teams and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, procurement and operational standards.
Experienced in defining scopes of work for mechanical repairs.
Experience planning maintenance for motors, power distribution systems.
Planning calibration and maintenance of pressure and temperature transmitters.
Resources management
Technical skills:
Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
Maintenance strategy optimization based on equipment reliability data.
Shutdown and turnaround planning and coordination.
Coordination with operations, engineering, and contractors.
SAP system and budget management
Office
Competencies, Behavioral skills:
Analytical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate maintenance needs and minimize equipment downtime.
Organizational skills:Excellent at managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines, keeps maintenance schedules, work orders, and documentation structured and up-to-date.
Communication: Clearly communicates plans, schedules, and job details with technicians, supervisors, and other departments.
Team Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, procurement, and HSE.
Physical demands:
Regular visits to plant or field areas to assess equipment condition, validate work scope, or coordinate with technicians.
