Title: TAR Admin Assistant (Intern)

ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
Due to increasing business demand, our Centralised Turnaround [TAR] Team is now looking for someone with the relevant skills to provide administration assistance and play an important role in the engineering support, preparation and delivery of our 2026 Grangemouth Turnaround programmes.
Key accountabilities
- Print, copy & collate technical documents / drawings.
- Print, copy & collate workpack supporting documentation.
- Proactive, resourceful, ability to work on own and as part of a team, positive attitude, ability to influence, flexible approach to work.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications to a good level.
- High appreciation of the importance in completeness and quality of documentation.
Please note the role will require some periods of flexible working to meet the demands and target to be ready for the TAR event.

Formal Interview
Successful applicants will then be invited to interview which will consist of behavioural and technical questions. For some roles the recruitment process may also include technical testing, behaviour questionnaires and/ or a delivering a presentation.
Provisional Offer
If you are selected as the preferred candidate you will receive a provisional offer which will be subject to a medical assessment and reference checks. Some roles may also require a criminality check.
