Role and Purpose:

As a Talent Manager EMEA, you will play a central role in shaping our talent strategy. Your mission is to ensure that our Talent Management programs are not only developed and managed effectively but also align with our strategic goals. You'll drive initiatives for retention, promotion, and succession planning, ensuring our people are at the heart of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retention and Development: Develop and maintain programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
  • Brand Ambassador: Assist in creating a brand that employees are proud to be a part of, contributing to attraction and retention efforts.
  • Learning and Development: Assess L&D needs and design global/regional programs to address them.
  • Talent Management Leadership: Provide guidance on all aspects of Talent Management, including retention, employee development, onboarding, branding, and knowledge transfer.
  • Policy Development: Create effective policies and programs for managing our people resources, including employee relations, external education, and career development.
  • Coaching: Coach business leaders on leadership behaviors, employee development, and performance management to foster a culture of continuous growth and development.
  • Talent Review: Support the talent review process to build an internal bench of top talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Translate business strategy into workforce planning, change management, and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate on recruitment campaigns, identify talent gaps, and create strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in HR or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant Talent Management experience.
  • Strong influencing skills, strategic planning abilities, and coaching expertise.
  • Experience integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the talent management strategy.
