Purpose /Role of the job: 

Talent Management - Manages and coordinates region/organization-wide effort to ensure that Talent management (TM) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that set priorities for improvement and aligns to ongoing company strategic initiatives. The role will also maintain effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.

Recruiting - Actively engages in the daily recruiting workflow and plays a consultative role between Hiring Manager and HR. Build and extend customer relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to customers.

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job: 

  • Attracts and selects the best talent to meet current and future business needs for hourly operational, technical, professional, and mid-level jobs.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through professional networking, research, and various talent attraction and engagement methods, processes, and tools.
  • Conduct online research and telephone interviews, review career histories to validate applications and screen out those failing to meet key criteria.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Assess candidates and provide feedback into the selection process; interview candidates and evaluate assessment evidence against recruitment or promotion criteria.
  • Deliver analyses of recruiting and candidate data and identify market trends.
  • Contribute to creating recruitment campaigns, key candidate target groups, and identify labor market talent gaps.
  • Assist with branding idea for the company
  • Assess Learning and Development (L&D) needs in the region and help design global/region program to address the need.
  • Train the hiring managers and leadership regarding talent acquisition, branding, interviewing, onboarding and retention efforts to gain acceptance and support with programs.
  • Provide leadership and direction on all things Talent Management related such as retention, employee development, employee life cycle, onboarding, branding and others as assigned
