ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

INEOS have committed to significant investment and remediation program over the next few years. A highly motivated Systems Team Leader is required to join our Central Operations Support Team. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to work within a plant area that has seen significant recent investment and includes a diverse array of equipment types. Further major investment continues in this plant area.    

Key accountabilities

  • Install, maintain, repair and assist in the integrity of all equipment associated with the site fixed fire/gas protection, access control, CCTV, building management and lightning protection systems.
  • Carry out PAT testing and Emergency light testing across the O&P and FPS Grangemouth estate.
  • Manage the site radio infrastructure and subscriber equipment.
  • Influence, execute and deliver the planned and corrective maintenance tasks allocated by Site Systems Leader to achieve asset targets for SHE, costs, availability, reliability, integrity and quality.

ABOUT YOU

You should:

  • Be educated to HNC / NVQ level 3 in a relevant discipline or equivalent work place experience.
  • Have the ability to be professional at all times, with drive/determination and a positive attitude.
  • Have strong influencing skills.
  • Be a clear and courteous communicator providing constructive feedback to improve the process.
  • Be able to follow the rules, with attention to detail.
  • Be flexible with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Be proficient in the use of certain computer systems (Maximo, e-mail, MS Word/Excel etc.).
  • Be a team player who takes responsibility for delivering their role.
  • Be willing to learn and share your knowledge/experience with others.
