The Opportunity
You will support the Production team to bring our company vision and values to live and lead by example promoting operational excellence, fostering a positive work culture, promoting collaboration, and nurturing talent within your team.
You will have full autonomy and ownership for the production shift with the guidance and support from the Production Manager. As Shift Supervisor you will effectively and efficiently manage the Production areas to achieve our plans and deliver to our customers.

Key Accountabilities
- Managing resources effectively and using all factory assets to enhance output.
- Responsible for safety, people, quality, reliability, and cost.
- Ensure the relevant KPI's are being achieved across the Production team.
- Manage data collection to update Operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost and deliver excellent product and service to our customers.
- Take a lead role in promoting a culture that encourages and inspires high performance and engagement.
- Effectively lead and coach members of your team including developing the future leaders of Production.
- Provide advice and guidance on day-to-day issues when needed.
About You
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and networks at all levels to enable cross functional team working.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and influencing skills and be able to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking enabling effective working with a variety of stakeholders.
An excellent understanding of production and manufacturing requirements is essential, as is excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
You will have strong time management, communication and problem solving skills and will be highly motivated, self-reliant with a proactive mindset.
