Role Summary:
- The Senior PA will predominantly be supporting the Chairman and the arrangements of the Group office.
- The role will require a mix of business and private support, often with the requirement to work at weekends supporting executives working periodically in different time zones.
- The ideal candidate will have grit, rigour and humour; previous EA experience, demonstrated in great attention to detail and high standards, a flexible approach and excellent soft skills.
- We are looking for an engaged, enthusiastic candidate with an impressive track record supporting at this senior level.
- We need a well presented, organised, efficient PA who enjoys juggling a busy and dynamic workload and is capable of liaising effortlessly at all levels internally and externally.
- Relationship building is essential combined with the ability to instil trust and get the job done to a high standard.

Requirements, Experience & Education:
- Graduate calibre is required
- Significant experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives/ CEO/ Chairman
- Highly personable and empathetic person with experience of interacting with C-suite level and senior leadership
- Ability to prioritise urgent tasks and personalities under pressure
- Experience directing a team of PAs
- Flexibility on working days and hours; a willingness to provide out-of-hours and weekend support
- Highly discreet and professional
