Internal Job Title: Senior National Account Manager
Location: INEOS HQ, Central London
- Following huge success across our core sanitiser and handwash range (currently 2nd largest sanitiser brand in the UK) the business is preparing for an extremely exciting period of growth and are looking to strengthen the Grocery and e-commerce sales team with the appointment of a Senior National Account Manager.

The Role: the Senior National Account Manager is pivotal in growing the INEOS Hygienics brand in the UK by fostering game changing relationships with the biggest UK retailers and embodying a passion for the business that aligns with our ambitious endeavours across the worlds of sport, automotive and industry.
Accountabilities
- Develop & maintain relationships with selected Top 4 grocery retailers to achieve sales targets and increase market share across multiple categories
- Create & implement customer joint business plans to achieve agreed objectives and targets, proactively course-correcting plans where necessary
- Facilitate best in class relationships with customers across multiple departments & levels that punch above our weight to maximise opportunities
- Lead sell-in to new customers and new buyers to increase distribution of the Hygienics brand across desired categories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure execution of customer plans and new listings.
- Analyse customer & category data to unlock growth opportunities with retailers
- Own all required internal reporting & account maintenance for key customers
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g. Commercial, Business Management etc.) (Desirable)

Technical/Professional Experience:
- 4+ years sales management experience within the UK Grocery market
- Ideally has experience in non-food categories across personal care, healthcare or household.
- Selling, negotiating, influencing top 4 retailers
- Cross functional leadership
- P&L management
- Excel, Powerpoint proficiency
