Job Title: Senior IT Support Professional                                                 Department: Information Technology  

Summary of Position

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Professional to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and provide timely support to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.  They will collaborate closely with all other technology teams to ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of our technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests, providing timely and efficient resolution of issues via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to other technology disciplines team as needed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other IT systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to effectively use IT resources and tools.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain an accurate record of IT assets and configurations.
  • Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, such as software upgrades, system migrations, and new hardware deployments.
  • Stay up-to-date on technology trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in our IT environment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and end-users.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience as an IT specialist, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Relocation:

Preferential treatment will be granted to candidates residing in the Denver metropolitan area. We will not be offering company sponsored relocation for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.

Compensation:

The annual rate for this position generally ranges between $76,800 - $115,200 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, of up to 30% of eligible pay. These ranges are estimates, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, business performance to metrics, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
