Senior Executive Assistant (Rolle, Switzerland)

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the INEOS Oxide CEO and Board members. The position is based in Rolle, Switzerland. The role is available on a 60% basis, although full-time employment (100%) can also be considered.

In this role, you will enable senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring effective coordination, planning and execution across a wide range of business activities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment, providing professional, confidential and reliable support to the CEO, Board and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and Board members in the daily management and follow-up of business priorities.
  • Coordinate Board activities and ensure effective preparation, execution and follow-up of meetings.
  • Organise strategic business events, including Board Meetings, Leadership Conferences and Sales Conferences.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements and related logistics.
  • Ensure professional administrative and business support across a broad range of executive activities.
  • Own and coordinate the company’s travel management process and vendor relationship with the travel agency.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives and Board members in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at senior levels.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to remain effective under pressure.
  • A service-oriented approach focused on excellence, continuous improvement and results.
  • Strong IT skills and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
