The Senior Accountant is a key role in our finance team, you'll blend analytical insight with hands-on accounting to ensure our financial results are accurate and timely. You'll manage day-to-day transactions and monthly reporting, all while collaborating with our global finance team—including colleagues at our UK headquarters.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

  • Process invoices, manage payment runs, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with annual 1099 reporting

Dealership Accounting

  • Manage all dealer-related financial transactions and monthly statement reconciliations
  • Maintain the Optimum system and ensure dealership compliance with accounting standards

Indirect Tax

  • Coordinate indirect tax filings with KPMG and manage state/jurisdiction registrations

Procurement Support

  • Assist with purchase requests and vendor onboarding in line with finance processes

Employee Expenses

  • Process expense reports and Pcard transactions accurately and in a timely manner

Month-End Close & Reporting

  • Execute key journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting tasks
  • Provide business-driven financial analysis as needed

Other Responsibilities

  • Support distribution of Manufacturer Certificates of Origin (MCOs)
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives led by the Head of Finance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • A strong desire to learn, and grow within the company
