Tuotantosuunnittelijalle liittyä INEOS Composites Porvoon Tehtaan tiimiin. Tämä on näkyvä ja erityinen rooli yrityksessämme. Tämä tehtävä raportoi Hankintatoimen johtajalle.
Työtehtävät ovat mutta eivät rajoitu seuraavaan:
- Tuotantosuunnitelman luonti tilausten mukaisesti.
- Varasto- ja logistiikkatoimintojen operatiivinen koordinointi
- Jatkuva yhteydenpito sidosryhmiin (mm. tuotanto, asiakaspalvelu ja myynti).
- Turvallisuusorientoituneen ajattelun jalkauttaminen logistiikkatoimintoihin
- Siisteys,- ja turvallisuuskierosten suorittaminen, asiakasvalitusten selvittely, tuotannon ohjeistaminen jne.
- Työaikamuotona on päivätyö
Sinusta
- Soveltuva koulutus, esim. tuotantotalous AMK:sta tai vastaavasta.
- Muutaman vuoden työkokemus tuotannonsuunnittelusta
- Puhut sujuvasti suomea ja hallitset englannin kielen vähintään kohtalaisesti.
- Olet vastuullinen, yhteistyötaitoinen ja sinulla on oltava paineensietokykyä.
- Kyky reagoida nopeasti muuttuviin olosuhteisiin.
- Olet oma-aloitteinen ja sinulla on positiivinen asenne työskentelyyn.
- Turvallinen työskentelytapa ja “kaikki tapaturmat voidaan estää” -ajattelu
- Hallitset sujuvasti tietokoneen käytön (Windows, MS Office, yms.)

INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a
Production Scheduler to join our INEOS Composites business at our Porvoo Plant (Finland) This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Porvoo Plant. This position will report to our Supply Chain Manager.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing and analyzing current production schedule to meet schedule adherence and customer expectations
- Prioritize batches, make changes as necessary
- Release and print process orders / packaging orders
- Communication with various teams such as Customer Service Representatives, Procurement, Production, Sales
- Communication to the Logistics partner and Logistics services providers the transport orders for all Finished Goods in bulk.
- Manage and update Production Schedule Board
- Participate in new product process planning
- Operations contact for production schedule
- Managing and reporting schedules to the Operations team and Customer Service
- Maintaining and recording trends for future production
- Reviewing schedules with leadership to ensure timely completion and reporting
- Managing safety rules and advancing safety culture
- Taking pride of clean working place and safety walks
To manage the job you need
- Relevant college or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent skills
- 3 years manufacturing experience required
- 2-3 years scheduling experience preferred
- MS office required and ERP/SAP experience valued
- Technical skills
- Fluent Finnish, moderate English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintains a strong attention to detail and accuracy when performing all aspects of the job
- Ability to work closely with other departments throughout the company
- Strong troubleshooting skills
