Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist - 12 month fixed term contract
The Marketing Cloud Development Specialist will support the Ineos Automotive Commercial division in executing its digital direct marketing campaign activities. Working as part of the Marketing team and in close collaboration with the Sales team, they will manage the execution of global emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and support the platforms maintenance, development, and integration with our internal CRM systems. The role is pivotal to the execution of our Digital Marketing and Customer Lifecycle communications strategy, supports the communication elements of the Grenadier launch and sustain plan that contributes to the database growth, brand awareness and lead generation targets.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for building, QC’ing, deploying and reporting our BAU email campaigning, which consists of 20-25 global email campaign executions per month, supporting over 30 markets and five languages
- Development, configuration, and maintenance “always on” email journeys envisaged for the IAL Customer Lifecycle communications plan.
- Support the integration requirements and maintenance between Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and our CRM system (SAP C4C)
- Ensuring all email campaigns are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
- Providing accurate campaign reporting to the relevant business stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified
- Experience of Salesforce AdStudio, HTML, Litmus and Ampscript
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Experience in delivering multi-language campaigns, handing multiple email variants
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive mindset, “can-do” approach
