Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017,  our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Sales Planning Coordinator

The Sales Planning Coordinator supports all aspects Global Sales Planning Cycle and supports Sales Operations team with any operational topics. Tasks will vary from reporting on stock and future pipeline to supporting with the management of retailer order targets. The Sales Planning Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining the master data for the Supply and Operations Planning tool.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for maintaining all master data for the Sales  and Operations Planning tool
  • Ensures Sales and Operations Planning files are maintained and updated with actuals at the start of each monthly cycle
  • Responsible for ensuring  the monthly approved sales plan on the shared drive are up-to-date and previous versions archived correctly
  • Responsible for maintaining the Order Management files
  • Responsible for maintaining the Retailer Targets files

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working within the automotive industry desired
  • Previous experience working within a sales or planning environment desired
  • Strong commercial acumen and willing to learn
  • Strong analytical skills and a process driven approach
  • Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience with SAP desired
