The role: As Sales Operations Manager, you will develop sales processes to enhance performance across all product channels and own the UK & Ireland sales funnel. Your responsibilities include establishing market intelligence and volume forecast analysis, managing inventory processes to optimize working capital, and ensuring financial budgets are met through effective planning and execution.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Logistics from Plant to Point of Sale
  • Inventory Management
  • Sales Funnel Governance and Optimisation
  • Delivery against KPIs and Budget
  • Financial & KPI Reporting
  • Preparation and registration with support from Logisitics Manager
  • Remarketing Support
  • De-Fleet & Refurbishment
  • Recruit, lead and train team members
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Managed order flow and sales flow
  • Control all invoicing processes
  • Managed third party finance relationships
  • Managed processes involved with third party sales platforms

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ Automotive Industry experience in Sales Operations, Distribution & Logistics Services
  • Experience of managing significant contracts of a high value
  • Excellent Contract & Supplier Management
  • Strong Negotiator
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Global Mindset & Experience
  • Minimum BA or equivalent qualification
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Proven ability to work effectively manage stakeholder relations and expectations
