The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Regional Business Manager in the overall management of this successful region. This includes the preparation of studies, analyses and presentations as well as back-office administration required to keep the region organised and manageable.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support regional business as well as after sales manager at their daily work, e.g. communication and alignments with retail/service partners
  • Market studies of key European regions in terms of sales potential and approaches, customer target groups, taxation, legislation and other commercial factors
  • Benchmark analysis between retail partners and best practice sharing
  • Competitor analysis (prices, spec levels, equipment adjustment) in the 4x4 and automotive industry.
  • Supporting the management in preparing presentation and analyses for senior management decision making
  • Preparing for regular volume and sales planning meetings between regional and global sales and distribution teams
  • Coordinating monthly tasks such as; commission payout flow, volume planning cycle
  • Working with After Sales team on regional strategic and operational topics
  • Preparation of commercial reviews and workshops
  • Supporting the Marketing & Event Management team on marketing and communication topics (strategic and operative).
  • Alignment and best practice sharing among functions within Region EU
  • General back-office support and office admin

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or successfully completed apprenticeship and work experience in relevant field
  • Initial practical experience would be desirable in a similar role or environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German, any other European language skills would be beneficial
  • Advanced Excel, PPT and Word skills
  • Effective organizational/project management abilities
  • Interested in doing something new, being part of an adventure and advocating own ideas
  • Like to work in a fast-paced environment with a great team – being a positive person and willing to do the last mile
