Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Working closely alongside the Sales Operations Manager and wider regional team. This person will implement and manage the development and maintenance of key strategic sales performance initiatives within the UK Middle East North Africa Region, alongside monitoring of market performance aligned to key commercial objectives.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Management the sales funnel with the continuous measurement and steering of leads and enquiries generated by marketing, tracking test drive requests and completion and ensure a regular dialogue with the network to drive order generation and sales conversion
- Develop targeted offers for customers who have expressed an interest, started the sales journey or who have previously expressed interest but been lost (via CRM data)
- Control UK stock including cancelled orders, national stock, and production pipeline. Aligning offers and marketing to vehicle availability
- Create balanced scorecard for the Agent and Dealer Network across the region and INEOS Automotive
- Execute strong business case analysis on market entry plans and sales channels, responsible for seeking new ways to market
What we are looking for:
- International customer and product launch business development experience
- Strong Analytical skills
- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends in customer experience
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
- SAP or similar ERP system user
- Proven track record in working in an international business environment
