Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Retail Marketing Specialist

An exciting opportunity to be part of the Global Retail Marketing team as INEOS Grenadier steps into a new phase of vehicle delivery and market expansion. The role will be instrumental in the delivery and implementation of the Retail Marketing Programme for our global partner network. This position involves working closely with the regional teams to ensure that all retailer activity is compliant with central brand communications standards and strategies.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivery of strategic retail marketing plan
  • Driving delivery of retail marketing collateral - from concept and creative briefing to execution and market delivery. The output is fundamental to ensuring the network delivers on sales expectations, customer satisfaction and ongoing customer advocacy
  • Management of dedicated retail marketing agency - from creative briefing and project management to campaign execution and market rollout
  • Ownership of retail marketing governance, in particular the newly implemented marketing planner programme
  • Responsibility for fielding inbound regional and retailer queries
  • Management of global retail marketing budget, including forecasting & reconciliation

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in marketing either within a client or agency environment
  • Automotive retailer specific experience is useful but not required
  • Experience and broad understanding of different aspects of the marketing mix
  • Project management expertise
  • Budget management skills and awareness of financial processes
  • SAP experience ideal but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint a must
