Regional Category Buyer (F/M)
YOUR PERSPECTIVE:
- Regional responsibility for the INEOS Styrolution Commodity Business
- Apply a comprehensive Category Management methodology to develop and implement global /regional Category Strategies
- Negotiate regional contracts to ensure ongoing supply security and achieve competitive terms & conditions
- Monitor and manage supplier’s performance and supply portfolio. Act as primary contact towards key suppliers
- Create value add and bottom line impact for Styrolution such as cost savings, risk reduction, higher delivery flexibility, increased competitiveness, more efficient processes, supplier innovation, etc.
- Cover operational procurement tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in economics, business administration or natural sciences
- Strong experience in Procurement
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, preferably in an international environment
- Strong expertise in procurement techniques, methods, processes and strategies
- Very good analytical and reporting skills
- Good skills in SAP, Excel and other databases
- Fluent in English (including negotiations) and local language, additional language advantageous
- Excellent story lining and presentation skills, leadership and impact orientation
- Very strong interpersonal, cross-cultural understanding, team player
- Willingness to work and travel in an international environment
