Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Regional Business Manager - Central
The Regional Business Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales as well as the wider USMCA team. As the lead for their area, this individual is responsible for developing a tailored distribution strategy and implementing a network for sales while at the same time spokesperson and central contact for all sales activities in the region. Providing direction to dealer partners and ambassadors for the region as well as planning and managing sale events and campaigns.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Strategy development including: Distribution channel, network development, marketing approach, fleet and pre-owned strategies, etc. RBMs are expected to think out of the box and make a clear distinction vs. the current automotive processes
- Research, identify and establish regional partnerships & cooperations with strategic partners fitting the Grenadier brand as part of a process to operationalise the USMCA sales strategy
- Prepare business case analysis on the recommendation of market entry plans and sales channels
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications teams to tailor the global strategy to the region and to ensure its implementation
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record in general Automotive management as well as sales, sales planning, sales steering and marketing. A proven background in network development and insights in agency models is a bonus
- Customer-facing experience and product business development experience; bringing a creative approach and ‘out of the box’ thinking that sometimes challenges the status quo
- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry and customer experience trends.
- Creative with ability to think outside the box
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively in the dedicated region is expected
