The regional After Sales Manager (Rest of Europe) will require extensive experience of all aspects of parts and service business within the automotive industry, preferably with in-depth technical knowledge.  This role is integral to the process of implementing the country/region-specific aftersales plan, to support the development of our brand and vehicle and to support our customers with the local workshop partners thereafter. This role will cover Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Balkans and Ukraine, travel between these countries will be frequent.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensure contractual setups with local partner workshops & roadside assistance partners are operating in line with KPI’s and agreed SLA’s
  • Be the regional interface of Grenadier to the partners, implement standards to monitor and measure performance quantitatively, qualitatively and customer-focused
  • Be the contact all service & parts related questions and act as first-responder and coordinator for the region/market
  • Safeguard regional parts availability
  • Training and process improvement
  • Identification of wider product issues and contingency plan roll-out
  • Monitor regional financial target achievement and budget

What we are looking for:

  • Significant Aftersales & Technical service experience, which could include vehicle manufacturer or wider motor trade experience 
  • Recognisable technical qualification or experience-based equivalent
  • Ideally, managed service partners/parts suppliers regionally and executed Aftersales strategic initiatives in the field
  • Analytical skills with a background in measuring and improving After Sales partners on a KPI-driven basis is a plus
  • Customer centric mind-set
  • Good command of English and market-relevant language is essential
