Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017,  our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle, the Fusilier.

Our Americas team have hit some huge milestones over the last few months, commencing customer deliveries of our Grenadier in the USA. We are excited to be expanding Americas region again, launching the Grenadier in Mexico and Latin America later in 2024, to enable us to make the vision a reality we are hiring our inaugural  team for the region.

Regional Aftersales Manager

Located in Mexico, the Regional Aftersales Manager is required to contribute and implement the regional Aftersales strategy which is critical to the establishment of the Grenadier’s credibility in the Mexico / Latin America market.  The Regional Aftersales Manager will require extensive experience of all aspects of parts and service business within the automotive industry, preferably with in-depth technical knowledge.  This role will be integral to the process of implementing the country/region-specific aftersales plan, to support the launch of a new brand and vehicle and to support our customers with the local workshop partners in Mexico and thereafter in the rest of the region as well as leading Aftersales quality, Aftersales performance (parts, accessories, TAT, capacity, etc), Importer and dealers network facilities Aftersales standards, customer satisfaction through NPS processes, targets and performance.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Setup, manage and monitor regional partner workshops
  • Aftersales customer interface, is the single point of contact for all service related questions and act as first-responder and coordinator for the region
  • Safeguard regional parts availability; understanding parts lead times and constantly monitoring partner workshops orders and ensure stock availability of fast-moving parts to minimize vehicle downtime
  • Training and process improvement for our partner workshops
  • In close collaboration with the Technical Services Lead, identify product issues in the region/market, report them to management and actively engage in rolling out contingency plans
  • Monitor regional financial target achievement by performing analysis based on the Americas region KPI setup, reporting on target achievements

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in Aftersales and operational experience within the Automotive/OEM industry 
  • Preferably from an automotive aftersales background, have strong analytical skills and be able to work to a very wide scope of expectations
  • Recognisable technical qualification or experience-based equivalent
  • Ability to work in both office and field-based teams with a customer focused and service excellence approach
  • Customer service skills, which include relationship building across departments and functions
  • Solid fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken. Fluent Portuguese is a plus
