The Position: Recruitment Consultant - This position manages the recruiting workflow and serves as an advisor to the business. Build and extend customer relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to customers. Manage the full cycle recruiting process and play a consultative role between Hiring Manager and HR. Manage high-touch candidate relationships and remain customer-focused and responsive in customer-facing activities.
What you will do:
- Attracts and selects the best talent to meet current and future business needs for mid-level and high-level jobs.
- Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant.
- Assess candidates and provide feedback into the selection process; interview candidates and evaluate assessment evidence against recruitment or promotion criteria.
- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through professional networking, research, and various talent attraction and engagement methods, processes, and tools.
- Conduct online research and telephone interviews, review career histories to validate applications and screen out those failing to meet key criteria.
- Deliver analysis of HR, recruiting, and candidate data and identify trends that contribute to creating HR and market insights that enable the diagnosis of recruiting issues.
- Contribute to creating recruitment campaigns for candidate groups and identify talent gaps.
- Enable the attraction of talent at a sustainable cost.
- Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work."
- Provides guidance on maximizing a brand's impact to attract diverse talent.
What you will bring:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, either internal corporate or external agency.
- Developing recruiting strategies of sourcing candidates with different perspectives and backgrounds that will contribute to a workplace of equality and inclusion.
- Creating and delivering robust recruiting processes, including interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Analytical review of recruiting metrics, candidate talent pools and sourcing trends.
- Candidate sourcing and networking using LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or similar platforms.
- Managing third-party recruiting agency agreements and relationships.
- Navigation of applicant tracking systems, reporting capabilities and internal succession planning using Workday, Dayforce, Success Factors or similar.
- Contributions to branding that attracts top talent on consistent bases.
- Leading and coordinating the work of others and regular communication on goals and candidate pools.
- Microsoft Office tool efficiency, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, or other systems.
Physical demands: Continuous sitting, and viewing a computer monitor. Frequent twisting/turning, reaching above shoulder lever, simple grasping/manipulation of both hands, and keyboard entry. Occasional travel or light lifting up to 20 lbs.
