The Position: Recruitment Consultant  -Actively engages in the daily recruiting workflow and plays a consultative role between Hiring Manager and HR. Build and extend customer relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to customers. Serve as the expert on candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

What you will do:  

  • Attracts and selects the best talent to meet current and future business needs for hourly operational, technical, professional, and mid-level jobs.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline through professional networking, research, and various talent attraction and engagement methods, processes, and tools.
  • Conduct online research and telephone interviews, review career histories to validate applications and screen out those failing to meet key criteria.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Assess candidates and provide feedback into the selection process; interview candidates and evaluate assessment evidence against recruitment or promotion criteria.
  • Building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional recruitment services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
  • Deliver analyses of recruiting and candidate data and identify market trends.
  • Contribute to creating recruitment campaigns, key candidate target groups, and identify labor market talent gaps.
  • Promote company's reputation as the "best place to work” utilizing social media.

What you will bring: 

  • Undergraduate degree or 3-6 years relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, either internal or external, for hourly operational, technical, and professional candidates. 
  • Sourcing candidates with different perspectives and backgrounds that contributes to a workplace of equality and inclusion.
  • Follow a robust full-cycle recruiting process, including interviewing, sourcing, and onboarding. 
  • Analytical review of recruiting metrics, candidate talent pools, and sourcing trends.
  • Candidate sourcing and networking using LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or similar platforms.
  • Navigation of applicant tracking systems, reporting capabilities, and internal succession planning using Workday, Dayforce, Success Factors or similar.
  • Promoting company branding that attracts top talent on consistent bases.
  • Consistent communication with hiring managers regarding candidate pools and regular campaigns with the applicant following.
  • Microsoft Office tool efficiency, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, or other systems.

Physical demands: Continuous sitting and viewing a computer monitor. Frequent twisting/turning, reaching above shoulder lever, simple grasping/manipulation of both hands, and keyboard entry. Occasional travel or light lifting to 20 lbs.

The Location: This opportunity is located in League City, Texas United States (US), only 40 miles from Houston.
