We now require a Recruitment Coordinator with relevant experience to play a key role in supporting the growth in our business.
Job Purpose
To support the Recruitment team in providing a proactive and responsive recruitment service to the business.
Principle Accountabilities
- Act as first point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries from hiring managers, candidates and external partners including managing the recruitment inbox.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on the vacancy advertising process including job description creation, advert design and posting
- Maintain the database of qualified candidates for future consideration and vacancy tracker ensuring all information is up to date
- Coordinating and scheduling of telephone, virtual and onsite interviews in a timely manner
- Actively promote Ineos and O&P UK as an employer of choice locally and UK wide; demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm and energy to sell the business to prospective candidates, including representing the business at career fairs and conferences
- Supporting the Recruitment team with design and implementation of annual early careers recruitment campaigns
- Supporting the L&D & HR Coordinator with the onboarding process and enquiries from all appointed candidates
