Recruiter EMEA (F/M)
Responsibilities
• Recruitment of a broad spectrum of specialists and executives for the EMEA region (Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance...)
• Managing the entire application process and ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience
• Initiate the recruitment process (Job description, kick off with hiring manager, posting, etc.)
• Definition of recruitment strategies per job family and consulting of internal contacts in the creation of job profiles and in the selection of candidates
• Precise candidate pre-selection through proactive application of appropriate recruiting methods
• Identification and acquisition of suitable candidates through active and target group-specific approach via established social media channels
• Design and implementation of employer branding measures
• Cooperation with various service providers
• Development of relevant KPIs
• Observation of trends and establishment of new recruiting channels
• Participate in campus recruitment and job fairs, in collaboration with other Belgian INEOS sites
• Internships: Liaise with the local HR team to attract the best interns
• Coördination of temp employment
• Contract preparation and negotiation
Profile
Level of education & Knowledge:
• Master degree with major in HR Management and five years of professional experience in a recruiting function with an international scope, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English and very good knowledge of French
• High IT affinity (MS Office, SuccessFactors, etc.) and very good knowledge in the use of social media
Technical skills:
• Profound knowledge of the labour market
• General knowledge of employment law
• Knowledge of the company culture and structure
• Profound knowledge of current and future recruiting strategies (digitalization)
Competencies
• Interest in international collaboration
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels within the company and with relevant stakeholders and applicants
• A strong communicative team player with high social skills and a strong understanding of the industry and its players
• Both tactical and practical skills with focus on the recruitment process
