INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Technician to join our INEOS Composites Poland business at our Miszewo location in Poland. This position will report to Quality Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Checking the quality parameters of products, semi-finished products and raw materials according to approved instructions;

· Adjustments of quality parameters of products, semi-finished products according to established rules;

· Approval of products for packaging (if authorized);

· Execution of lab analysis orders;

· Calibration of laboratory measuring equipment according to approved instructions;

· Performing established quality transactions in various computer systems;

· Maintaining order, cleanliness in the laboratory and other areas related to quality control work.


In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

· Secondary or higher technical chemical education;

· Intermediate computer knowledge;

· English knowledge appreciated.

The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:

· Good oral and written communication skills;

· Analytical skills;

· Correct recognition of shades, specific colors and high perception of them;

· Basic organizational skills;

· Demonstrated comfort with data entry and basic computer skills;

· Good organizational and time management skills;

· Strong attention to details;

· Ability to work 8 hours stationary, rotating shifts 24/5.
