1. Key Result Areas: CapEx Planning and approval

• Support in developing 5 years CapEx plan for MTP Site as per INEOS Styrolution CapEx guidelines.
• Support Operations to develop technical concept, scope, cost estimates and timeline.
• Help prioritize the allocated budget within all plants of the site.
• Develop the projects for approval
• Prepare and present the PEC level projects.

2.Key Result Areas: Project Implementation

• Identification of appropriate engineering consultants for respective projects
• Providing Technical recommendation to procurement
• Support procurement for finalization of contracts
• Monitor project execution

  2. Aligning Procurement with project schedule.
  3. Construction
  4. Project completion and closure
• Ensuring all key SHE elements aligned during Engineering & Design and Implantation & Construction during execution of projects
• Ensure projects are closed in a timely manner and support all post closure audits.

3.Key Result Areas: Monitor Project Controlling with respect to cost, timeline, quality and budget

• Ensure that projects are executed within approved budget
• Ensure projects are executed as per pre-defined scope: change of scope must be approved as per DoA.
• Ensure that projects are executed in line with the approved schedule: deviations if any must be reported to appropriate managers / Steering Committee
• Ensure that projects are executed in line with agreed Engineering standards & Quality
• Ensure ‘approved and allocated project budget’ is appropriately spent at MTP Site
• Take on duties of Project Manager in his absence

4.Key Result Areas: Provide Support to Global Team for Key Strategic projects

• Developing  FEL Engineering with Engineering Consultants, as required
• Coordinating with Business Project Managers for necessary documents/presentations
• Planning and managing construction activities
