Job Title: Production Engineering Manager Department: Operations
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the field inclusive of production engineering, interventions rig work and field operations to deliver EBITDA and cost performance plans, while executing safely, within regulation and environmentally friendly
Responsibilities
Responsible for personal safety delivery, and operational discipline tied with process safety
Responsible for production delivery, optimization of production and management of downtime
Develop and execute Artificial lift strategy and plan
Oversee and manage teams performance. Assist with developing organization layout, and recruit and performance manage when necessary
Responsible for cost management of the asset for example, interventions rig work, chemicals, water disposal, contract labor. This list is not exhaustive
Manage key KPI's on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Integrate with critical vendors, 3rd party gatherers, flowback, rig, contract labor
Manage backlog and cycle times of down wells, through scheduling of work
Manage and report overall field wide deferment
Manage and report on downhole reliability, driving improvements into the program over time
Manage TA/PA program for wells
Oversee safety program in the field, inclusive of setting up safety verification system and routinely reviewing the verifications
Responsible for regulatory compliance, OOOOa monthly compliance, thief hatch and flaring compliance
Partner with PSCM to onboard vendors or additional rigs/crews as needed
Oversight of the Control of Work process
Develop and ensure RCFA process for Downhole is embedded into the business and managed appropriately
Expected field travel time, 25%
Qualifications
10+ Years of related work experience
5+ years of management / supervisor experience
Bachelors in engineering degree
Proven track record of driving improvements and profitability into the business
Proven track record of improving safety performance
Relocation:
Preferential treatment will be granted to candidates residing in the Denver metropolitan area.

Compensation & Benefits
Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
Compensation:
The annual rate for this position generally ranges between $220,000 - $260,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, of up to 40% of eligible pay. This role, depending on skill level and experience, may also participate in the Long-Term Incentive Plan with annual awards, vesting over three years, ranging from 15-30% of stated annual target. These ranges are estimates, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, business performance to metrics, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
