INEOS Compounds is one of the leading manufacturers in Europe of PVC Compounds. We are at the forefront of PVC compounding technology, incorporating more than 50 years of manufacturing excellence in a comprehensive range of products.
To play a key role in the manufacturing process at INEOS Compounds that makes a PVC compound. You will play a vital role in working in a team in Production, ensuring that operations of the business run smoothly.
We are looking for safety conscious individuals who will understand and abide by the INEOS life saving rules and 20 safety principles. 60 second checks are a must to ensure everything that is done is done safely. Role will also include ensuring housekeeping in the plant is maintained to a high standard.
Ensuring product made achieve all required quality standards and assist with investigations when required quality standard not reached.
We are looking for someone who can work well as a team, take action and can help problem solve when issues arise.
Experience / Qualifications
Previous production experience is required for the role
GCSE level C+ / 4+ or above in English and Maths or equivalent
Forklift truck licence would be preferred
Benefits
Salary - £24,380 per annum once signed off. Shift role comes with a shift allowance of £6,300 per annum.
Hours of work - 2 x 12 hour day shift followed by 2 x 12 hour night shifts, then 6 days off
