Press Fleet Technician will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the press fleet vehicles for use within the public domain. They will ensure the delivered vehicles meet the quality standards and performance requirements that are required by INEOS and deliver the customer’s expectations to reinforce the brand image and reputation.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring the Press Fleet & Special Vehicle usage plan is achieved and delivered on time
  • Diagnose and maintain vehicles to ensure vehicle availability and reduce fleet downtime
  • Ensure appropriate service equipment, tooling and spares materials are available to support all required Fleet activities
  • Responsible for setting and ensuring standards, service and preparation of Press and Special use vehicles, whilst supporting events and activities within the UK and across the globe

What we are looking for:

  • Supporting events at a national and global level, often with short notice. The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling frequently in this role
  • Current, clean UK driving licence – this is essential for the role
  • Recognised technical qualification or experience based equivalent
  • The right candidate will preferably come from an automotive or motorsport background, have strong team leadership skills and be able to work to a very wide scope of expectations and wear many different hats
