INEOS Automotive – Grenadier – Built On Purpose
Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

If this sounds like you, let’s talk.
Your role: The Plan for Every Part (PFEP) is the centralized data source – that contains precise and accurate information on all components supplied to our manufacturing site. We like to call it the “single source of truth”. Having the PFEP always up to date and accurate, both tactical and strategic supply chain management decisions can be quickly made. For Deeper Insight :
The PFEP Specialist is the owner of the PFEP data and processes and is responsible for ensuring all PFEP attributes are kept current and aligned with all Master Data relevant to the supply, build and delivery of vehicles. To achieve this task, you will be required to work cross functionally across the organisation to ensure the timely updates of necessary attributes from the different departments are delivered accurately and on time. In addition to controlling the PFEP data, by applying strong analytical skills, you will be also required to compare the PFEP attributes to actual production conditions to identify processes working out of scope.
What you will be doing:
- To ensure that all data held within the PFEP is up to date and accurate.
- To coordinate weekly meetings with stakeholders to receive updated PFEP attributes.
- Report on PFEP accuracy, assigning tasks to relevant stakeholders to ensure data gaps are closed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present analysis on actual production conditions vs PFEP, highlighting processes working out of scope.
- Prepare and present analysis on different production scenarios, that reduce costs in the supply chain by removing wastes.
- Provide PFEP data support to Engineering Change Management, Procurement and New Model Teams

- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and strong influencing skills.
- Innovative, challenging, results oriented and entrepreneurial skills.
- Good enlgish skills, and german would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
