1. การดำเนินงานเรื่องการจัดเก็บ และการขนถ่ายสารโมโนเมอร์
- Coordinate with Planning team to confirm scheduling of AN, BD, AA, KOH, Fatty acid, TDM unloading plan
ประสานงานร่วมกับแผนกวางแผน เพื่อยืนยันแผนการ unload AN, BD, AA, KOH
- Perform AN, BD, AA, KOH, Fatty acid, TDM unloading from ISO tank according to plan by follow work instruction. Ensure safe operation with proper PPE.
ทำการ unload AN, BD, AA, KOH, Fatty acid, TDM จาก ISO tank ตามแผนงาน โดยต้องปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง ทีระบุไว้ในขั้นตอนการทำงาน โดยต้องมั่นใจว่าทำการ unload ด้วยความปลอดภัย และสวมใส่ PPE ขณะปฏิบัติงาน ตามข้อกำหนด
- Ensure storage tank of AN, BD, SM, AA, MEK, KOH are in proper condition. Regular site patrol and inform once found abnormal or unsafe condition.
เดินตรวจสอบหน้างานอย่างสมำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า บริเวณพื้นที่การจัดเก็บ และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AN, BD, SM, AA, MEK, KOH อยู่ในสภาพที่ดี ปลอดภัย และมีการจัดการที่ดี กรณีพบความผิดปกติ หรือสิ่งไม่ปลอดภัย ต้องทำการแก้ไขและแจ้งผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
- Support to working with supplier of BD (BST) and SM (SSMC) to perform regular maintenance pipe line/ material station and work related
ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัททีจัดส่ง BD (BST) และ SM (SSMC) สำหรับกิจกรรมซ่อมบำรุง ตรวจสอบระบบท่อ/หน่วยตรวจวัด และกิจกรรมต่าง ๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Ensure house keeping and maintain Asset Care in Monomer and raw material storage area
ดูแลเรื่องความสะอาด และ Asset Care ของอุปกรณ์และพื้นที่หน้างาน บริเวณถังเก็บสารเคมีและพื้นที่โดยรอบ
2. การจัดการพื้นที่จัดเก็บสารเคมีบริเวณ chemical drum storage และ catalyst bunker
- Working with Logistic team for raw material delivery to chemical drum storage and catalyst bunker
ประสานงานร่วมกับทีม Logistic ในการจัดส่งสารเคมี เข้ามาจัดเก็บใน chemical drum storage และ catalyst bunker
- Transfer raw material to production area base on requirement and plan ทำหน้าที่ขนย้ายสารเคมี นำส่งพื้นที่การผลิต ตามปริมาณการใช้งาน และแผนการผลิต
- Control material stock & inventory of chemical storage in chemical drum storage and catalyst bunker to align with SAP. ทำหน้าที่ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ ปริมาณสารเคมีที่จัดเก็บภายใน chemical drum storage และ catalyst bunker ให้มีความเที่ยงตรง และสอดคล้องกับปริมาณที่ระบุในระบบ SAP
- Ensure chemical storage are complied with regulation, standard and requirement ต้องทำการจัดเก็บสารเคมี ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย มาตรฐาน และข้อกำหนดต่าง ๆ ของการจัดเก็บสารเคมี
- Keep working area tidy and clean at all times (5S activity) รักษาความสะอาดในพื้นที่การทำงาน (โดยการใช้ระบบการจัดการแบบ 5S)
3. การจัดการเรื่องเอกสาร
- Perform Acetic Anhydride (AA) unloading according to standard and comply with regulation ทำการ unload AA ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- Lead to check, confirm of AA consumption as daily basis. Document management. And provide information to government base on requirement. ทำการตรวจสอบ การใช้สาร AA ในแต่ละวัน จัดเก็บข้อมูลเอกสารให้เป็นระบบ และจัดส่งข้อมูลให้หน่วยงานราชการตามข้อกำหนด
- Ensure inventory of AA are align with AA consumption ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าปริมาณสารคงเหลือ AA สอดคล้องกับปริมาณการใช้สาร AA
- Lead and support during government audit for AA นำทีมและให้การ support team ในระหว่างการตรวจสอบโดยพนักงานรัฐ สำหรับการใช้สาร AA
- Lead team for production document management and storage ex. Record sheet, Work permit etc. จัดการเรื่องการจัดเก็บเอกสาร ภายในแผนก production เช่น Record sheet, Work permit ให้เป็นระเบียบ เรียบร้อย ได้มาตรฐาน
- House keeping in document room ดูแลความสะอาด และความเรียบร้อยพื้นที่จัดเก็บเอกสาร (document room)
4. การจัดการของเสีย
- Lead for remove waste latex in Polymer sump as regular basis. Follow WI ทำการขนถ่าย waste latex ที่ sump polymer ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- Manage storage area at Monomer unloading area ex. Used drum, pellet etc. to complied with standard and asset care บริหารจัดการ พื้นที่จัดเก็บ drum เปล่า, pellet ซึ่งอยู่บริเวณ monomer unloading area ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และดูแลเรื่องความสะอาด ตามข้อกำหนดของ Asset care
- Working with Environment team for schedule of waste latex transfer, empty drum & pellet removal ประสานงานกับทีมสิ่งแวดล้อม ในการขนย้าย Waste latex, drum เปล่า, pellet เปล่า
