The Role: Network Operations Lead

The Network Operations Lead drives retail performance and ensures the highest quality standards within the partner network by developing and implementing programmes, tools and control mechanisms that will support the regional teams and sales partners in achieving their objectives and enable the vision of the organisation to create top-right retail partners.

Duties of the Network Operations Lead:

  • Support the Commercial team in achieving quality compliance
  • Develop and implement the INEOS Automotive Brand & Product training programme
  • Network onboarding & communication
  • Network Operations improvement

For our Network Operations Lead we are looking for:

  • Experience in the motor industry with broad knowledge of dealer operations / business models (including dealership structures and environment)
  • Ability to multitask and control diverse projects
  • Experience of coordinating training programmes for a multinational corporation preferred
  • Awareness of different cultures and learning styles
  • Capable of working under pressure, on strategic and tactical timescales.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Strong planning and analytical skills as well as effective negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential
