Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Your Role:
The Module Engineer – Gearbox will be responsible for the integration into the vehicle. You will manage project delivery activities, including technical specifications, design standards and product testing.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Hardware development and Integration – Gearbox and Engine peripheric parts
- Reviewing and analysing CAD drawings and simulations
- Attend and review Hardware testing
- Support and work with the Design, Project and Programme partners to ensure that all related hardware topics are on time, target and delivered.
- Monitor and ensure documentation for all hardware related topics are maintained and updated as necessary in accordance with regulations and directives.
- Attend formal design and technical reviews as appropriate to provide guidance related to a particular project.
- Ensure hardware meets the required Design Verification requirements.
- Ensure that components meet the appropriate system requirements.
For the Engineering Budget & Controlling role, we are looking for:
- Completed university studies with a technical focus
- Min. 5 years of working experience
- A good understanding of powertrain components and their effects.
- Able to articulate issues and possible solutions to Senior Management in different forums.
- Has a flexible ‘Can-Do’ attitude to resolving issues.
