Mechanical Technician

1. Mechanical Maintenance work.

-Coordinate on site for mechanical maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance with Production team.

-Perform repairing work, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance including plant shutdown maintenance follow supervisor plan.

-Check and Prepare correct repair details, tools, and spare part for each work.

-Study and understand machine condition and repairing work instruction before start work.

-Report and record maintenance Daily report and machine failure report then submit to supervisor.

-Report result of Preventive and Predictive maintenance with clearly identify problem and primary investigate. .

-Ensure work qualities are compliance with work instruction and procedure.

2.Ensure Preventive maintenance as per plan and execute Predictive maintenance and shutdown maintenance as per instruction of supervisor and engineer.

-Major Activities:   To carry out preventive maintenance jobs in shift as per schedule plan. Inspection of mechanical equipment at all processes of plant.

3.People control.

-Conduct and monitor outside manpower to work follow Work instruction and company safety regulation.

-Improve and ensure good team work spirit in mechanical team and propose to develop workshop environment as good workplace.

4.Machine reliability Improvement and Engineering standards, system.

-Recommend necessary spare parts that not keep in spare part inventory with correct specification and proper Max Min quantity inventory to supervisor.

 -Study and understanding engineering standard and repair Work Instruction (WI).

-Analyst machine problem and Failure to find out root cause with supervisor and issue Failure report and Preventive action.

-Report machine condition and failure condition to supervisor for improve machine or make equipment overhaul plan.

-Recommends improvement, changes or new technology or new procedure to supervisor.
