Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017,  our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

The Marketing & Event Coordinator will support the efficient day-to-day running of the UK/MENA (Middle East, North Africa) region. Playing a pivotal role in planning, executing and optimising all regional marketing campaigns and events. Working closely with the team in developing marketing and events, oversee diary management, support with event planning such as venue research & supplier liaison, compilation of presentations and reports, document management and operational budget tracking amongst other activities.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the development and execution of marketing and event campaigns, across a variety of channels, to support commercial targets
  • To prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation to support the regional marketing & events team
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and events and provide insights and recommendations for future/repeat events
  • Budget oversight at an operational level, managing Purchase Order requests, Goods Receipting and process of supplier invoices all within a timely manner
  • Support the Regional Marketing & Event Team with managing the Global Marketing & PR vehicle fleet
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape and support using customer insights to inform marketing and event initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Marketing and Event experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing and supporting the innovative marketing campaigns and events
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for events and activities
  • Tech savviness to be able to comfortably navigate & perform daily tasks using Microsoft
  • office, previous SAP experience desirable
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry (preferred but not mandatory)
