Purpose of the Job:
Marine Scheduler is a key role in the Aromatics Asia team to manage feedstock PX and Acetic Acid from suppliers to key INEOS Asia PTA sites and execute the overall marine supply chain process with a focus on product scheduling.
Marine Scheduler has various interface parties in daily work including Senior Marine Scheduler, Supply Manager, internal & external counterparties, and terminal & other discharge port cooperative partners to deliver continuous supply of feedstocks for INEOS ZH PTA site and MERAK SITE, focusing on plant supply / demand balancing, loading and discharging activities coordination, also Purchase to Pay process activities for some accounts.
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job:
- Liaise with internal and external counter parties for documents preparation, payment and balance reconciliation.
- Keep good record for PX business transactions. Maintain Shipment Record in accuracy.
- Prepare and collect PX customs clearance documents, create Purchase Order in SAP, collect shipping information, review the documents and provide them to customs clearance agents according to AEO requirement.
- Coordinate with INOES Zhuhai export PTA sales for bonded PX import purpose.
- Manage new counterparties CDD clearance, vendor/customer code creation in SAP. And provide *** necessary documents to new counterparties with approval of management as well.
- Engage with Aromatics commercial team to understand the business value behind decisions to assist in driving results.
- Manage delivery schedules for maintaining health inventory level for HAC. Timely effect inventory impacts in tracking list and inform Senior Marine Scheduler and Procurement team.
- Monitor physical delivery for HAC and ensure accurate and timely update of delivery/forecast to aid optimization and exposure management.
- Backup Senior Marine Scheduler and other team members in necessary.

Educational background
- University or college degree
Experience
- At least 3 years work experience in planning, marine logistics or experience of import/export operation, exceptionally talented graduates from relevant disciplines will also be considered.
- Ability to use English as working language.
- SAP experience in SD and MM model is a plus.
- Master of Excel, Power Query/BI skill is a plus.
