Position Available: Manager – Specialty Markets

Location: Navi Mumbai, Sanpada

Reporting To: Country Head India

Objectives of this Role:

  • Responsible for achieving Annual Institutional Sales Plan & Marketing activities for speciality resins.
  • Secondary Selling for VER Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate extensively internally and externally to realize business objectives.
  • Arrange workshops and Seminars across target groups - Customers, End users and EPC.
  • Prepare and execute plan to promote specialty resins to Customers and channel partners.
  • Track & Measure project performance using appropriate systems & tools
  • Initiate material conversions – Traditional materials to Composites
  • Prepare, prioritize, monitor and execute Sales Plan. Achieve segments budget and sales targets with top line & bottom line.
  • Manage customer relationships across levels and over long periods of time.
  • Keep receivables under norms.
  • Promote and establish Industry leading specification and best practices by value selling.
  • Formulate and present proposals to buyers & influencers with Techno Commercial discussions at multiple levels.
  • Work effectively across the value chain of project - Customers, Formulators, Owners and Consultants/Engineering Firms.

Education & Experience in general

  • Post graduate -Science / Graduate -Chemical or Polymer Technology / Chemical Engineer / MBA would be an added advantage Post graduate degree in business management
  • Minimum 10 -15 years of Experience, Chemistry & Chemical Process knowledge. Preferably with Polymers experience
  • Exposure to Chemical Corrosion Industry, Non-Metallics, Composites (Thermoset) – FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics)
  • Experienced with chemical process industries, knowledge on chemical processes. Knowledge on piping, equipments, scrubbers, absorbers, etc.
  • Worked in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Consultancy) Firm, with a focus on Chemical Projects. Able to qualify INEOS products ad track projects from lead to conclusion.
  • Close coordination with EPC, End Users (Chemical Industry, Power – FGD, Mineral & Mining, Specialty Chemicals, Carbon Capture, O&G, etc.)
  • Worked with EPC, End User to specify products. Knowledge on the process industry with technical specifications and a detailed idea on the EPC landscape for Chemical projects
  • Able to connect with the Key Stake holders of a large EPC or End User Chemical Industries, asset owners, inspection agencies to specify, , strengthen and defend FRP (Composites) as material of construction with INEOS Products.
