FPS is a 100% INEOS-owned integrated oil and gas liquid transportation and processing system with a nominal capacity in excess of one million barrels per day serving the central area of the North Sea.
Oil and gas liquids from over 50 offshore fields and St Fergus flow through pipelines into FPS. FPS transports crude oil and gas liquids from offshore and onshore entry points, processes the liquids at Kinneil and redelivers to the customer Forties Blend crude oil at Hound Point and either Raw Gas or fractionated Gas Products at Grangemouth
Propane and Butane products are transferred for storage and redistribution across the Grangemouth complex or export from our PLPG and RLPG facilities.
job purpose
Responsible for the planning and scheduling of E&I maintenance within the LPG assets, incorporating preventative, corrective and breakdown workscopes. The post-holder will report to the asset Maintenance & Planning Manager and work with relevant discipline SPA’s to ensure safe and efficient delivery of activities. Successful candidate will also be required to cover for the asset mechanical maintenance planner for short periods.
principle accountabilities
- Detailed job planning for all E&I maintenance work along with other set piece activities
- Deliver fully optimised schedules for E&I disciplines for the asset.
- Carry out detailed job planning within the Maximo MMS.
- Cost ownership of all E&I team activities including estimate reviews, budget adherence and overspend justification.
- Preparation of the E&I, 8Q, 12wk, 6wk and 2wk schedules.
- Resource tracking and levelling of the E&I team schedules.
- Identification and securing availability of vendors and materials.
- Work with relevant SPA to ensure job readiness.
- Manage/Ownership of the E&I team corrective backlog.
- Initiation of permits within the electronic Control of Work system related to scheduled activities.
- Provide temporary cover for mechanical maintenance planner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of operational, engineering and maintenance systems and processes.
- Good working knowledge of Ineos maintenance standards, Integrity Management, Control of work and HSSE.
- Understanding of Planning and Scheduling processes, concepts and tools.
- Good communication and engagement skills.be successful in the role
