Purpose / Role of the job: 
•    In charge of maintenance department and project in plant as part of the leadership team.
•    Implement maintenance best practices and spare part management. 
•    Keep the asset in a good condition and improve plant reliability.
•    Ensure that all activities of Maintenance Department and associated contractors are done in accordance with INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines.
   
What you will do: 

Safety
•    Compliance with local regulations and INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines
•    Organize and build safety operation procedure and safety production responsibility
•    Participate on regular safety training at site
•    Take responsibility for maintaining the asset and integrity of the protective system
•    Following and practicing Life Saving Rules at site
•    Safety of other Employees, Contractors, visitors, and partners at site
•    Following Permit to Work as per the site procedure
•    Following Management of Change (MOC) as per the site procedure. 
•    Stop work whenever there is an unsafe condition and immediately inform the Shift Leader and/or Head of Department. 
•    Annual review of duty descriptions for critical equipment maintenance and protection systems in each maintenance position


Maintenance
•    Work out daily maintenance and proactive maintenance plan, ensure the plan’s effective implementation. 
•    Encourage teamwork spirit inside the team to get high working efficiency.
•    Organize inspection and assets improvement plans based on schedule
•    Analysis KPI based on daily assets operation; provide recommendations and ensure the realization of KPI. 
•    Keep on improving Ningbo project and maintenance procedures, ensure the implementation of the procedures. 
•    Work with Purchasing department and suppliers to determine the technical issues for equipment and mechanicals. 
•    Manage the risk assessment for work orders and improve work permit system based on the assessment. 
•    Participate in the HSE improvement related to Process and operation. Monitor sub-contractors to make sure the qualification and safety. 
•    Participating in PHA(HAZOPs) at site as per procedure. 
•    Tracking action items from HAZOP to closure. 


CAPEX 
•    Manage CAPEX Project according to the HSEQ requirements of the group and following the regulations of government. 
•    Ensure the preparation / design /construction of project meets the requirements of INEOS Styrolution and Local Regulations. 
•    Organize the acceptance of project, make sure the project is accomplished on time and is of good quality.  


Team management:
•    Encourage the teamwork spirit; build up an effective and efficient team;
•    Coach the subordinates, approve training needs and arrange related training to team members;

Required profile:
•    University Degree or above, majored in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related.
•    At least 10 years of working experiences in related fields, with 5 years’ experience in team management.
•    Excellent communication skills (English & Chinese), initiative to identify and solve problems, work independently and with team spirit, think creatively in handling problems & be able to work under pressure.
•    Excellent management skill, willing to grow with the group, committed to results, able to motivate and drive subordinates
