INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Leader to join our INEOS Composites Poland business at our Miszewo location in Poland. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and our manufacturing facility organization.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • keeping health, safety, and environmental issues as a #1 priority;
  • supervising and coordinating the work of a team of mechanics;
  • participating in carrying out repairs and inspections;
  • ensuring the proper operation of plant equipment, especially key equipment related to health and safety, fire safety and environmental protection;
  • assuring equipment compliance with health and safety, fire and environmental protection regulations
  • recommending changes, writing instructions and making modifications;
  • analyzing the causes of failures and monitoring their frequency and implementing corrective actions;
  • developing and implementing maintenance inspection plans;
  • participating in the design and implementation of capital investment projects;
  • supervising companies and external persons in terms of the correctness of performance of the assigned work, compliance with INEOS regulations and norms on occupational health, safety and environmental protection, and rules for the performance of overhaul, installation service work, etc;


In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

  • engineering degree, preferably in automation, mechanical or electrical engineering;
  • experience of at least 2 years in similar positions is welcome;
  • high level of English;
  • experience in preventive maintenance planning and cost budgeting;
  • ATEX experience and SEP authorization is welcome;
