We’re looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join the INEOS Acetyls team. We need highly motivated individuals who want to be part of our growing business.

The opportunity  

As the Maintenance Co-ordinator, you be responsible for the planning of cost effective maintenance and inspection for all disciplines across the EtAc Asset at our Hull Site, utilising the SAP system, to achieve safe, reliable, high rate operation.

You will also control and order maintenance spares and consumables, maintaining and controlling the statutory administration system.

This role will also require some Engineering input to assist the Asset Engineers in the execution of their duties,(e.g. Shutdown planning and controlling, Permit acceptance).

There will also be some exposure to Working At Height (WaH) and Confined Space Entry (CSE).

Key accountabilities 

  • Develop an outline 12 week and detailed 5 week look ahead plan, including chairing the weekly planning meeting and identifying and scheduling planned preventative maintenance according to the SAP look ahead to ensure zero overdues.
  • In conjunction with maintenance Supervisors and Asset Engineers, prioritise work and develop a daily, weekly and monthly plan.
  • Ensure assets at Hull remain within full compliance PSSR, Functional safety, ATEX directives and COMAH regulations.
  • Ensure maintenance overdues are managed and are compliant with site safety systems.
  • Ensure consumables are at required stock level, order when needed.
  • In conjunction with Asset Engineers and Maintenance supervisors, identify the need for external services and develop Scope of Work for tasks.
  • Arrange and coordinate site service provision in conjunction with Asset Engineers and Maintenance supervisors.
  • Communicate and arrange safety requirements to Service providers.
  • Raise permit requests and Act as Permit acceptor and/or Task supervisor.
  • Receive, check and receipt invoicing.
  • Monitor work requests being submitted to the maintenance services provider and consider priority of work and its impact on maintenance costs.
  • Ensure engineering and maintenance activities are carried out in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
  • Ensure compliance with INEOS 20 Safety Principles & Life Saving Rules.
  • Complete plant safety tours
  • Participate in internal safety audits if required.

About you 

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have experience of working within the process/petrochemical industry.

You will have ONC qualifications in an engineering related subject and experience in line management, working with maintenance teams.

Planning and executing skills are essential for this role along with strong leadership qualities and the ability to build effective working relationships.

You will be results driven and diligent in following procedures and sound engineering practices.
