INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our INEOS Composites business at our Miszewo, Poland location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company, the customer service function and the manufacturing plant operations. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support INEOS Safety Principles and culture;
Coordinating shipments of finished goods to customers (sending transport orders, communicating with dispatcher and customer service, consolidating shipments, supervising loading);
Preparation of transportation documentation and customs clearance documentation;
Daily contact with customer service;
Optimizing transportation costs by analyzing average shipments, their frequency and transportation routes;
Provide logistical support to the customer service department in monitoring the status of shipments, analyzing delays and other;
Shipments tracking;
Ordering courier shipments.
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
Fluent in Polish and English;
Experience with ERP systems, preferably with SAP;
Oral and written communication skills;
Good organizational and time management skills.
The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
Experience witch dangerous goods shipments in different modes of transport;
Well-seen experience with lean six sigma methodology.
