The Position: This position is responsible for Product in Process and end product testing, as well as standards tests, uses and monitors quality tools implemented.
What you will do:
- Performs Product in Process and Finished Product analyzes to indicate their quality status.
- Actively participates evaluating product in process with production for the adjustment of the Plants during a product transition or start-up of the Plants.
- Calibrates and/or verifies the laboratory equipment to guarantee its proper functioning.
- Performs special analyzes for evaluations of various products, Round Robin or research.
- Evaluates product from a complaint, claim, return so that through these results the root cause can be found.
- Participate in the requirements of Standard 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS 17025, IATF 16949, GMP and those applicable to the Laboratory process
- Participates in process mapping, RyR (Reproducibility and Repeatability) Studies, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for continuous improvement.
- Participates in Product Audit requirements and requirements of the Automotive Industry.
- Comply with and enforce the responsibilities, authorities and policies of the Company.
- Participate in SHE initiatives and programs.
What you will bring:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Laboratorist.
- Knowledge of Test Methods and Laboratory Equipment
- Able to manage change of analysis frequencies and different requirement
- Able to attend requirements based on ISO / IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and automotive industry requirements.
- Meticulous and organized, with the ability to multi-task
