The Position: Junior Process Enginner   - This position assists to the plants in the daily operation as well as to provide input for the development of capital projects with the purpose of having safe and reliable operations.

What you will do:  

Lead incident (quality, process, safety) investigations and develop root cause analysis.

Lead MOCs and safety incidents investigations.

Develop basic data for CapEx projects for Production Plants.

Develop, facilitate and implement process improvement projects.

Develop and uses statistical process control to assist to the operations team anticipating or troubleshooting operational issues to meet the production plan.

Support to safety and quality audits

Participate in plant trouble shooting (process or quality issues).

Participate in HazOps & PSSR

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, strong chemical process knowledge

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing (Operations, process engineer, projects, continuos improvement, process safety)

Fluency in English, both oral and written communication

• Strong analytical abilities
• Statistical process control (preferred)
• Root cause analysis (preferred)
• SAP (preferred)
• MS Office

Behavioral skills:

Ability to work in a challenging environment, strong collaboration & strong communication skills.
