The Position: The Jr. Customer Service Representative executes, imports and exports operations. Deal with global INEOS Styrolution sources on imports managing orders, deliveries and incident customer's issues. Support South America region indent business model following up orders entry and deliveries.
What you will do:
Challenges: Business depends on entirely from intercompany imports, Import lead time varies from sources which create complexity on meeting customer´s demand Intercompany supply chain communication and alignment, Customs and transportation strikes, Time pressure from customers and sales team on material availability and lead time.
Key accountabilities:
Responsible for INDENT orders for Brazil and Argentina, providing a high service level to customers, but supporting also local stock replenishment when required
Responsible for improving the service level of the service providers, giving training or requesting adjustments when necessary for the business
Always improving the operation and processes in order to aim for service level improvement. Supporting sales team to make the required adjustments when necessary for IND process
Respond and keep the guidelines of internal and external audits
Set IND orders in SAP, performing the contract analysis process (PO analysis), assuring the correctness of material, package, origin, price and payment terms
Keep a close follow up on the orders, always informing the status to the customers and sales
Support the customer with pro-forma invoices, bill of landings, DIs and all other documents
What you will bring:
Education & Knowledge:
Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or Foreign Trade
English/Spanish language
Experience in general:
More than 3 years of experience
Logistics procedures and processes (national and international)
Product knowledge
Tax knowledge
Basic Training: Welcome ISTN / Quality guides / Procedures and Guidelines ISTN
Technical skills:
Knowledge in ERP/SAP, Office package knowledge, Import and export local laws, Foreign Trading
Competencies, Behavioral skills:
Analytical thinking; Initiative and creativity; Planning and organizing; Teamwork; Good communication; Customer orientation; SHE Compliance
