Your Role: To strengthen our IT team with focus on our mission to deliver a direct-to-consumer retail model that is underpinned by customer centricity. Our CRM estate is a fundamental pillar to enabling this and the IT CRM Specialist will support a diverse, growing SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) userbase on a global scale, as well as overseeing activities that cross-over with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will be responsible for our SAP C4C systems (Sales and Service) both from an operational standpoint and on a strategic project and programme level.

You will work within a scale-up and fast-moving environment and will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):

  • Day-to-day maintenance and configuration of C4C (Sales and Service)
  • Provide all encompassing application level support and guidance for business users
  • Operate in partnership with the Product Owner
  • Contribute to Sprint deliverbles and Sprint scope
  • Manage the end-to-end release management activities
  • Support and guide the Supplier team
  • Manage all reporting and dashboard capabilities
  • Own the management of workflows and templates
  • Responsible for all data migration, loading and validity
  • Monitor the entire C4C application
  • Integrate with the wider Digital Teams

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working on SAP C4C Sales and Service, across multiple functions (administration, configuration, integration, reporting etc.) and modules incl. minimum of 2 years’ experience working with supplier delivery teams, supporting the paltform
  • SAP C4C certification highly advantageous (SAP Certified Technical, Development or Application – SAP Cloud for Customer) but not mandatory, providing demostratable experience
  • Specific C4C knowledge and skills whole bandwith from A to Z, from Configuration to KUT changes
  • Strong experience of using Azure DevOps for project and operational planning, backlog development and tracking
  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering and definition, supporting sprint planning, analysis, documentation, User Story definiton and backlog management
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies, namely Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile
  • Release management and planning experience
  • Adventageous: Automotive Industry, Salesforce experience
